NSCA Awards 2024 Scholarship Recipients
The National Strength and Conditioning Association announced 2024's Scholarship recipients from an incredible 380 applicants, demonstrating the growing interest and commitment to careers in strength and conditioning. Over $60,000 will be awarded to 36 students to support their pursuits of academic excellence and career advancement.

FTC Finalizes its "Click to Cancel" Rule
Members and customers celebrated this rule while gyms punched the air when it passed in October. This will require businesses to provide a simple way for customers to cancel recurring payments. So why bring it up now? It is expected to come into effect early in 2025 so it might be a good idea to start preparing the new cancellation process.
